Contact Improvisation at Sati Yoga Time: Class 6-30 to 7-45 pm Jam 7-45 to 9-30 pm Place: Sati Yoga 300 THB class + jam 200 THB only jam Contact will be dedicated to fundamental contact improvisation techniques which will help to find ease and joy dancing at the jam. Contact improvisation: dance form emphathizing spontaneous movement, weight sharing, and physical connection between dancers. Improvisers explore gravity, momentum, and touch, creating unique interactions and fluid exchanges. It is free from fixed forms and invites co-creation and somatic exploration.
