It is a form of improvisation invented spontaneously and together with the partner(s), in-formed by the sensorial and movement inter(or intra?)-actions and, in continuous trans-formation. The contact and weight shared with the partner(s) is guiding the dance. A little bit more about About Antoine Ragot and the classes: Contact Improvisation is an essential aspect of my movement exploration since I discovered this formless movement art 15 years ago. This summer I got suddenly very enthusiastic with the idea of opening a weekly crash course until christmas in Berlin in order to create a space for approaching the practice, going through basics, being shy and being courageous, making friends, gaining confidence in rolling, falling, lying on the floor, being tired, exploring inversions, giving our weight and the undescriptible calming joy of receiving weight that is wanted...
