Practicing contact improvisation can have numerous benefits, it enhances body awareness, coordination and balance. Additionally it can be a great way to relieve stress, express emotions and cultivate a sense of playfulness and joy 🥰💛💯 We will start by playing some surprising games to get together and break the ice 🧊 😀 then an energetic and enjoyable warm up will be following ⚡️✨ and integrating all participants into the amazing dancing Jam🕺where a magical release of energy blockage is waiting for us 😍 ️.. Great musicians will be there playing and accompanying both the warm up as well as the dancing jam 💕🎶 enhancing the experience with live beats and melodies that will ignite your soul and inspire your movement.
