Western Canada Contact Improvisation is pleased to announce another wonderful workshop with Stuart Phillips. We will examine how we stay truly grounded & more fully present with our inner flows while interacting "outwardly" through contact improvisational movement. Very specific self-relating guidance helps us ground & be true as we are shaped by & travel through our inner maze while exacting our outer behavior with truth. This class is a very deep exploration into our inner world as it relates to ourselves and others within the Contact Improvisation form." Pre-Requisite: This is an all levels class and does not have a pre-requisite although dancers should be comfortable with full spherical dancing into the backspace, using hands as landing gear, and the ability to feel and respond to subtle impulses.
