Contact Improvisation Jam Antwerpen

We invite you for 3 hours of free dance exploration in the format of a contact improvisation jam - the place to connect and play together. A jam is an open space where people with different levels of experience meet to move together, explore touch, listen with their bodies, and let the dance emerge in the moment. There are no fixed steps, no roles to play — just a playful research with weight, momentum, gravity, and trust. You can dance in duets, trios, with the whole group, or simply watch and be inspired.
