It is time to meet and share a dance! We plan to create a bunch of jams and share our love of dance with old friends and newcomers to CI. What is Contact Improvisation? It is an improvisational dance practice with a partner or solo, exploring the point of contact and body impulses. But it's very flexible :) You can come and find a suitable definition for yourself.
