Contact Improvisation - January DropIn Classes with Anir

In these 4 DropIn Classes I will provide a training and study-atmosphere that allows you to dive into the principles of practicing and dancing Contact Improvisation with ease and fun. We will play with weight and the rolling point, practice lifts and flow. Navigating our dances to the maximum freedom and joy through simply learning to dance in contact with shared weight with another human body.
