CONTACT IMPROVISATION CLASS & JAM 8 Sunday / october 7:00pm - 8:00pm class 8:00 pm - 10pm JAM Spaceholding by: ADI / GURU After the crazyness of last last jam from Mumbai for Contact Improvisation workshops and jams . We continue to play, support and explore with our bodies. Come get a taste of CI technique of Body Surfing before jam and warm up with the basic principles! We then open jam at 8pm with a circle, jam warm-up and music. You are welcome to join at any point for the jam. However, the intention of the opening class is to create a sense of a shared journey through the evening & into the Jam, so please be on time - or respect that if you join later.
