Contact Improvisation Parents&Kids workshop

In this 1 hour workshop we will enjoy meeting our kids through our bodies. Kids need to move their bodies, to express themselves and to learn how to ground themselves better. When allowing our kids to enjoy their bodies and feel free with it we are inviting them to be more present in the world. And what about us? the parents? We sometimes forget that our kids are mirroring us all the time and they are looking for our attention. In this class we will take the time to communicate with our kids through our bodies! Allow laughter, touch and joined movement!
