AN INVITATION TO MOVEMENT AND FREEDOM A Contact Improvisation dance retreat in nature with lots of jam and sessions led by Alessandro Rivellino. In this meeting for dancers of all levels as well as those who want to get to know the CI form, we will work on many elements of dance such as the basics with the floor and partner, rolling, sliding, friction, understanding the Little Dance and gravity, finding the third force that guides the duet, releasing into "aware delay" on movement and release into gravity, variations of transferring energy to the earth and sky, getting trust on backspace, falling and rising.
