CONTACT IMPROVISATION & TANTRA IN BRETAGNE One week intensive JULY 5th-10th 2016, SAINT JEAN DU DOIGT, nearby MORLAIX, BRETAGNE (FR) http://www.grainesdesoi.com/stage/workshop-contact-improvisation-tantra0815/ This week is an oppurtunity to plunge deeply into Contact Improvisation & Tantra, it takes place at the beautiful and wild north coast of Britanny. Dance and meditation will also take place directly on the rocks and sand beaches. You are welcome to join the whole week or just one of the two workshops, which take place. In the first three days (first workshop) we focus a bit more on Contact Improvisation. Benno Enderlein (DE) and Sabine Sonnenschein (AT) introduce into Contact Improvisation & Tantra. From July 8th to 10th (second workshop) we meet Tantra deeply doing breathing techniques and breathing circles. We practice the Kashmiri tantric massage (by Daniel Odier) and find into a dance directly after the massage. A ritual with the superfoods raw cacao and maca will widen our awareness and consciousness. At the end of the week we will experience an intense oilritual, which provides comfort and felling of security in the space, in the universe, in being. The spiritual experience of oneness with others and oneness with the space and the universe might take place. The last three days Sabine Sonnenschein is the teacher and Christian Neher the assistant. Une proposition à la carte de trois jours ou six jours de découverte de soi et de l’autre à travers la pratique de la danse contact improvisation et de la méditation Tantra. Du 5 au 7 juillet CONTACT IMPROVISATION & TANTRA I Avec BENNO ENDERLEIN (DE) & SABINE SONNENSCHEIN(AT) pour les débutants et avancés dans CI et / ou tantra. Dans ces trois jours et Benno Sabine nous feront découvrir une approche nouvelle de la danse contact improvisation. Nous allons explorer des espaces de rencontre où la personnalité de chacun, la connexion du regard, la qualité du toucher prennent autant d’importance que la présence physique. Nous allons accroître la conscience des sensations subtiles, des émotions, des énergies dans notre corps et développer nos capacités physiques dans la danse en solo, duo ou au sein d’un groupe. Du 8 au 10 juillet CONTACT IMPROVISATION & TANTRA II Avec SABINE SONNENSCHEIN (AT) et assistant : CHRISTIAN NEHER (AT/DE) pour avancés dans CI et tantra. La proposition comportera aussi une initiation au massage cachemirien qui est un massage tantrique intime et très intense. Ce massage nous conduira alors d’une autre manière dans la danse. Un temps sera consacré aux cercles d’énergies et de souffle tantrique et bien sûr à l’échange de paroles. Bonus (détails sur notre site, http://www.grainesdesoi.com • Pratiques rituelles : deux propositions pour alimenter notre danse d’une manière à lâcher complètement le mental et ouvrir de nouveaux espaces de conscience : le «intense oil ritual» et le «magical cacao ritual» (détails sur notre site). • Méditation sur la plage : jeudi après midi. • Jam de bienvenue et autres jams : lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi et dimanche soir au café le Caplan pour ceux qui pourront rester. Un minimum d’expérience dans la danse contact improvisation est souhaité. Les ateliers sont en anglais avec traduction en français. Vous pouvez vous joindre à cet atelier seul ou avec votre partenaire. En contact improvisation, vous changez normalement partenaire de danse assez souvent. Si vous venez avec votre partenaire et si c’est votre souhait à tous deux, vous pouvez faire la plupart des exercices, voire la totalité, ensemble.
