Contact improvisation workshop with Måns Erlandson

This contact improvisation workshop i can really recommend to everyone who is interested to learn contact improvisation and wants to dance!! Måns Erlandson has been a big influence for CI field in Finland and Sweden. He is a founder and initiator of NIM festival and just amazing dancer and person. This leads into dances where we can move others just by moving our own bodies. Dances where different kinds of touch and spiral work can make your motion fly both in an internal and external way. “I want to share some of my experiences from the moving that allows in Contact Improvisation. Looking for weight that moves with timing, creating a moving flow.
