🟢Workshop de Contact Improvisation cu Viktória Makra 13-14 Septembrie, Brașov (english version below) Contact Improvisation (CI) este o formă de dans contemporan, precum și o practică socială. Prin CI învățăm să spunem da și nu, învățăm cum să păstrăm limite sănătoase, cum să ne exprimăm prin mișcare. Ne conectăm atât cu noi înșine, cât și cu spațiul, cu ceilalți din spațiu, cu solul, cu universul. Folosim forța gravitațională și ne îndrăgostim de ea. Exersăm coliziunea lină, aterizarea lină. Observăm golul și rămânem acolo. Exersăm diferitele calități ale atingerii. Învățăm cum să intrăm într-o conexiune și cum să o părăsim. Învățăm cum să ne comportăm într-o interacțiune de grup. Încercăm să reparăm viitorul, practicând improvizația de contact, o formă radicală de cunoaștere de sine și conexiune. Atelierul nu necesită nicio experiență anterioară în improvizația de contact sau în vreun dans. Facilitator: Viktória Makra “Sunt o artistă contemporană din Ungaria. Am facilitat numeroase ateliere și am susținut spectacole în Balcani, Franța, Germania, Olanda, Italia, Portugalia, Dubai, Armenia, Egipt și Iran. Ultimii mei 20 de ani în teatru și dans m-au ajutat să călătoresc prin lume, iar ultimii mei 16 ani în improvizația de contact m-au ajutat să înțeleg lumea. Sau cel puțin să pun întrebări mai bune... (English) 🟢Contact improvisation workshop with Viktória Makra Contact improvisation is a contemporary dance form, as well as a social practice. Trough the practice of contact improv we learn to say yes and no, we learn how to keep healthy boundaries, how to express ourselves trough movements. We connect with ourselves as well as with the space, with the others in the space, with the ground, with the universe. We are using the force of gravitation and we fall in love with it. We exercise soft collision, soft landing. We observe the gap and we stay there. We exercise the different qualities of touch. We learn how to enter to a connection and how to leave it. We learn how to operate in a group situation. We try to repair the future with practicing contact improvisation, a radical form of self awareness and connection. The workshop does not require any previous experience in contact improvisation or any dance. Space holder: Viktória Makra I’m a Hungarian contemporary artist. CI Teacher, performer, theater director, puppeteer; based in Portugal. I have been performing and holding many workshops in the Balkans, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Dubai, Armenia, Egypt and Iran. My last 20 years in theater and dance helped me to travel the world, my last 16 years in contact improvisation helped me to understand it.
