Guiding means when we create a path to walk upon, and following, just surrendering into it, as such, Ale considers that surrendering is part of creating the path in itself, as well as walking on it. We apply this metaphor for the practice of Contact Improvisation, studying the third force, the force that goes behind the action and reaction from a partnering study, so we go to the roots, to what is in between us. The study comes from the inquiry about which are the forces that move us, either visible and invisible, and perhaps making the thread to manifest what is invisible from the visible, during a dance. Forces as gravity, no-intention, presence by relaxation, witnessing, and of course, the nature in itself, inside and outside us.. Contact improvisation and Somatics became his main ground, while passing through several different schools and practices of movement throughout the years. Ale also dedicated many of his time in the past decades to study transpersonal practices and technologies of the sacred, having nature as home and main ally, as well as helping SIlent retreats to happen. ・Yasukichi Take a breather on the Earth, relax, connect to the here and now, awaken your senses of nature and your body, and listen to yourself, the outside and the inside of your body, others, space, time, nature, the Earth, and the universe. It involves listening to gravity, space, mass, body, touch, physics, movement, momentum, sensations, and more present, and listening to each other and dance like conversation and play and nature. From delicate movements with small fluctuations to acrobatic moves, it has spread and developed around the world, driven by individual interests and physical . Overseas, it's a required subject in theater classes, and is incorporated into communication and inclusive dance activities for early childhood education and even the elderly. It's a very warm, fun, and fascinating form of dance.
