Workshop je přizpůsoben pro všechny úrovně. Po workshopu navážeme Ecsatic s DJ JOBBI TAO. Kontaktní improvizace je partnerská taneční forma, která vychází ze zkoumání možností doteku, sdílení váhy a objevování způsobů, jak společně padat, létat a plynout a v tanci. Na tomto workshopu si přijdou na své i začátečníci. Scott Wells nás provede podmanivými cvičeními, ve kterých zjistíme, jak se zbavit zábran a napětí, které stojí v cestě opravdovému spojení. Naučíme se vnímat zem prostřednictvím partnera a vyladíme se na své tělo i na ty, s nimiž tančíme. Po skončení 3 hodinového workshopu následuje 75minutový Ecstatic dance, ve kterém se ponoříme hlouběji do světa pohybu a kontaktu s druhými. Contact improvisation is a partner dance form based on exploring the possibilities of touch, shared weight and discovering ways to fall, fly and flow together in dance.
