Contact Silence Jam - Try out :-) ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ After being submerged in a Contact Silence retreat I'm interested in trying to bring this form to the local jam space. Hosted by @Thijs Mullink Proposed flow: * 19.00 doors open/ tea * 19.15 Warm - Up ^ * 19.30 doors >> c.l.o.s.e. << ----(to protect the space no entering after this time)---- * 19.35 opening circle ~ hearing eachothers voice ~ * 19.40 ~ Being in silence/ stillness ~20 mins ~ Solo being/ moving ~ 5 mins ~ into Contact Silence Jam * 21.45 closing circle (with or w/o words) * 22.00 End ---------------------------------- Practicalities: 5 - 10 Euro sliding scale donation Open to beginning and experienced contact improvisers. It is good to be able to "hold" your own "process", meaning you take responsibility for your own state of being. We will be sitting in silence for a while. You are also invited into holding a shared responsibility of the quality of the Jam space. Your biggest donation and offering will be your presence, attention and willingness to dive into our shared experience. Location: ^^^^^^^ Brouwersgracht 140d Dansstudio Stichting de Lichting. The building is called "De Inktfabriek", ring the doorbell on the right-side panel. The studio is at the end of the hallway up a small flight of stairs. Space is not super warm, warm socks to begin with are nice.
