Contact-Tango Class: Radial Awareness into Liquid Lead

Dear Dancers, Last week we returned from teaching at the International Contact-Tango festival in Wuppertal - still feeling the musical vibes in the body... I'd love to share that inspiration here in our community! Sooooo, here we go: You are invited to join in for a Contact-Tango Class: Radial Awareness into Liquid Lead guided by Claudia Kratzheller. *** Expect a gentle start on the floor (please bring warm clothes, so you can be comfortable!) deep release and fine tuned body awareness to tune our perception. The Contact-Tango Class will use the quality of the elements a guide line: fire / fuego = axis- spine & rythmn air / aire = space earth / tierra = floor water / agua = embrace, connection We'll connect to the floor to ground, feel the space in yourself, the room and the partner(s) with the ease of air, feel the fire in our spines as axis, and float with open arms to embrace the currents of connection like streams of water. You can arrive from 13:45 to change. 🔹 Please come on time, so we can start class together 🔹 Please bring exact cash. The €15 fee for the class includes the jam. 🔹 No pre-registration needed—just drop by on time ! Open to all levels of experience. After the class, there will be more time to dance and connect with others during the jam session from 16:00–19:00. *** About the facilitator: The essence of Claudia's work: Trusting your body as compass for embodied communication, to connect, interact and enjoy relationships. Claudia Kratzheller is passionate about Tango, loves Contact improvisation and has been teaching and dancing both for many years. She has worked as a Physical and Vocal Coach in the business world for over 11 years, facilitating international Leadership trainings. After a long career as contemporary dancer she is part of the CI-network in Amsterdam and has been teaching Yoga for over a decade in various studios. Holistic massage treatments are part of her offer, to help people connect to their bodies integrity.
