Now for the second time in Rasalila: cosy , comfortable and inviting Place! Theme for next friday -the 13th...!!! : "The Power of the Spiral & the Joy of Constructive Resistance” As a follow-up on the playful and "level-shifting" Lab with Lydia last time: (we might include the poles again, that was fun....) This time we invite you to play with circles, curves and spirals - leading into giros (= rounds in tango terms...) close and far All welcome ! no previous Tango-experience required: come, join and enjoy! What is Contact-Tango? "Contango" is an exciting creative laboratory for exploring the intersections between contact dance improvisation and tango. It is a place for tangueros to expand their improvisational horizons, and for contact improvisers to be moved by the rhythms, melodies and energies of tango. It is a place for young and old, new and experienced, to enjoy and discover new things together.” Katie Lee Weille About the teacher: Claudia Kratzheller is passionate about Tango, loves Contact Improvisation and has been teaching and dancing both for many years. She is part of the CI-network in Amsterdam, executive coach/trainer at EPT and teaches Yoga.
