In other words, you're welcome to stay within, out of, or just on the lines as much as you (and your dance partner) like. All levels and areas of experience are welcome. As well in CI as in Tango the use of the spiral is essential to our repertoire: it can be very subtle and elegant in walking, it can be lushly rolling on the ground, curling and reaching your limbs in love with the floor and other available playmates, it can be in quiet expansion and dynamic stillness before the explosion into the next moment- We'll explore this beautiful state of being in various forms: from the relation to the ground rising into standing and playing with it in contact with each other, engaging in embrace and letting go again.
