FLYING - FALLING - IMPROVISING Let's dance together! 6 days of Contact Improvisation in the lovely studio of SerVivo, right inside the stunning landscape of Arrábida Nature Park. Just 40 min. south of Lisbon, in Portugal. Take your time to fully enjoy movement improvisation and somatic exploration and investigate into your Contact Improvisation skills and curiosities. How do spirals enhance your dance flow? What about using momentum? How to fly and land, fall and fail in a soft and healthy way? We offer ideas and principles of CI that aim to amplify kinesthetic delight and mutual awareness in dancing together. Open up your senses during a walk through the landscape, meet the rough bark of an oak tree, warm sand, icy water to dance with.We will spend a whol day at one of the wonderful beaches close by and have a sunset jam on the hill. Classes and jams are facilitated by a wonderful team: Angela-Mara Florant, Aude Fondard, Jennie Zimmermann, Jo Bruhn and guest teachers Victória Makra and Francisco Borges.
