CONTEMPORARY / IMPROVISATION DANCE CLASSES My name is Natalia, and I'm a Polish dancer, actress, and performer. This year, I graduated from the Actor of the Dance Theatre program at the Academy of Music in Katowice, Poland. I would like to invite you to join my weekly contemporary and improvisation dance classes, held in English. THE GOAL – THE JOURNEY Movement offers a unique opportunity to deepen our connection with ourselves. Through these contemporary and improvisation classes, we will explore openness, awareness, and mindfulness. I hope to guide you through a journey of rediscovery, questioning, and self-exploration—embracing and appreciating the beauty of everyday simplicity.
