Contact Improvisation is a dance art form devoted to serious fun while elevating somatic self-knowledge and interconnectivity. We aim to inspire body/mind curiosity while cultivating physical listening skills and authentic self-expression. Our festival is a three day gathering of all-level dance practitioners seeking to hone their skills, connect with community and regulate with others. We are bringing in Alicia Grayson from Boulder and Cyrus Khambatta from Seattle, both world- class instructors, as well as our own extremely experienced teachers from EDAM and Salt Spring Island.
