❤
Contact Improvisation is a form of movement through free flow dance. Exploring one's own body in relationship to others, or the floor by using the fundamentals of physical movement, dance, sharing bodyweight and touch. It invites to enter from intuition, sensitivity, curiosity, playfulness and connection in movement with others.
