Get ready to groove for a great cause! Celebrate Independence Day with an evening of joyful community dance at Odd Fellows Hall. We're bringing you three fantastic local DJs, each with their own unique style and vibes, to keep you shaking it all night. Every beat supports a vital mission: 100% of profits will be donated directly to the ACLU to defend civil rights. Dance your heart out knowing you're making a difference! Please read all of the event info, including the guidelines listed below. 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Odd Fellows Hall, 223 SW 2nd St, Corvallis • Doors open: 7:45 PM • 8:00 PM: DJ Sweet Love (Classic Funk) • 9:15 PM: Bonbon Spirit (Ghetto Funk) • 10:15 PM: Phreaker Fighter (Funky House to Classic Funk) • Closing: 11:30 PM 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: Per our venue rental agreement, no outside food or drinks (other than water) are allowed. Please plan to refresh elsewhere! You're welcome to come and go throughout the evening with a hand stamp if you need a break for refreshments or fireworks. 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (Cash or Venmo at the door): • $10–30 per person (sliding scale) • $5 for Full-time Students (with ID), Teens, or Oregon Trail cardholders • Free for Children 12 or younger 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲: Please help us maintain a scent-free environment. Touring with artists like Niko Is and Matisyahu helped shape his journey and love for live performance. As the owner of Sweet Love Entertainment, he focuses on creating opportunities for up-and-coming artists and people in his circle, always aiming to uplift others while keeping the energy right on the dance floor. 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 (𝗮𝗸𝗮 𝗣𝗝 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻): Bonbon Spirit is the Director and co-Founder of Ecstatic Dance Corvallis. PJ is a DJ, Music Remixer, and Event Producer in service of somatic movement, drawing on their own practice of ecstatic dance for inspiration. PJ has DJ'd for 650+ dance events since 2010! 𝗣𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿: Getting her start in the clubs of Tulsa, OKC, and Arkansas, Phreaker Fighter is an obsessive crate digger that takes great inspiration from the old school track slinging legends of Chicago and Detroit. Now a new face in Portland’s disco and house scene, her sets are filled with soulful, funky, and obscure gems spanning 6 decades of music history.
