A full spectrum, somatic experience. Tune into the elemental orchestra within you through yoga, meditation, breathwork, ecstatic dance & sacred sound. This is a substance free, closed container event. We will be closing the door when opening circle begins, and then re-opening between 2:30-3pm before breathwork & ecstatic dance begins. If you come during this second opening, please be mindful of your voices upon entering. We ask that you honour sacred silence for the duration of this event and take this opportunity to dive into the depths of your being, your true essence. You are Earth. You are Water. You are Fire.
