Counterbalance, Spins, and Head Movement

In this course, we will be combining counterbalance, spins, and head movement into epic and smooth sequences! Some focus areas - Balance and off balance - Planadas and how to enter and exit - Counterbalance - regular and side, how to enter and exit - Transitioning from head movement to counterbance and vice versa - Transitioning from counterbalance to spins and vice versa - Counterbalance with head movement Note this is not a deep dive course on spins, spins will be taught at a basic level This course is suitable for students for students with dance experience (eg Zouk or Bachata). 📅 Dates: 8 Tuesdays from March 5th with 1 week break for Easter ⏰ Time: 20:00-21:30 followed by a social / party 📍 Location: Bíldshöfði 10, 110 Sveitarfélagið 💲 Cost: 8 weeks including all socials in the week (Tues + Thurs): 26,000 kr Choose any two courses including Followers course and Combinations: 36,000 kr A receipt can be provided to request a refund from your union for this course Ratios will be balanced for this course.
