Country Throwdown 2024 FINALE with Eric & Rachel

7:15pm | Two Step Lesson taught by Rachel Mercedes & Eric Nava ($10 or $5 with Open Dance Admission) 8 to 10pm | Open Dance ($15) This is the last Country Throwdown for 2024!! (We'll be back in the new year) If you haven't come out to dance with us yet, what are you waiting for?! We’ll open at 7:15 pm with a Country Two Step lesson and follow with open dancing from 8 - 10pm. On Country Night dressing down (aka dance boots and cowboy hats) is appropriate but not required. Country dancing includes many crossover dances to Ballroom so our mix of music will allow for dancing Country Two Step, Cha Cha, Nightclub, Waltz, West Coast Swing, Hustle, East Coast Swing, Double Two Step, and line dancing. If you have requests let us know! 🤠 **Don’t know ALL the dance styles listed? No problem! We play songs with an intended style in mind but also make a point to call out other dance style options to encourage you to spend a majority of your time on the dance floor using the dances you feel most comfortable with. Complimentary water and snacks are a staple offering at all Diamond Dancesport open dance events to keep you energized for a whole evening of dancing. Free parking is available in front and behind the studio.
