Creative Workshop on Reconnection

RECONNECTION - A one day physical, emotional and social experience. The day starts off with a softening, a going internally to have a sincere check-in with ourselves. With the help of grounding exercises, breathwork, relaxation techniques, journalling, Imagineering and Savasana we are going to put our roots deep down into the earth. With a strong grounded connection we slowly start turning to our environment. In small groups of duos and trios we explore who we are in connection with the other. How do we stay authentic with ourselves whilst branching out to the world? Tools to help us on the way: Tango, theater and mirroring exercises, constellation work, sharing rounds, communicating our truth. In the last part of the journey the small groups come together to create a whole, interacting, finding interdependence, weaving the web of life - without uprooting ourselves. Let’s gather to explore, play and socially dream together. THE DAY’S PROGRAM: Block 1 I 10am - 12:30pm Internal, grounding, subtle, quiet cocoon Lunch Break | 12:30pm - 13:30pm Delicios Soup & Bread will be provided Block 2 | 13:30pm - 3:45pm Small cells, making contact slowly, sharing, connecting Coffee Break | 3:45 - 4pm Please bring your own water & Snacks for yourselves Block 3 | 4pm - 6pm Social Dreaming, Reconnecting, building the web of life, PARTY!
