For over fifteen years, she has helped people reconnect with themselves through vulnerability, authenticity, embodiment, and courageous connection. Monique has facilitated more than 3,000 workshops around the world, taught at universities including Yale, and has been featured on TLC, The Doctors, podcasts, radio shows, and media outlets internationally. Her gift is helping people remember their own wholeness. Peter Petersen Peter Petersen has been teaching qigong for more than twenty years and working as a massage therapist and wellness coach for over two decades. He has taught in health clubs, hospitals, wellness centers, retirement communities, and renowned retreat destinations throughout Mexico and the United States, including Rancho La Puerta, Mayacamas Ranch, and Present Moment Retreat. Peter's teaching style is practical, grounded, and deeply transformative.
