~ CSDS June 2026 Dance ~ Instructor/DJ: Didi Jennings Date: Saturday, June 20, 2026 Lesson: 7:00-8:00 pm, WCS Music Fundamentals for Dancers & Deejays Dance: 8:00-10:30 pm Place: Ivy Creek United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall Admission: - $10 for CSDS Members - $10 for Students with ID - $15 General Admission CLASS: WCS Music Fundamentals for Dancers & Deejays Level: All This class will cover foundational music skills for WCS dancers to build and grow their dance. Learn how to have a fun, successful dance to music of any genre, energy level and tempo, whether it is a song you have heard 100 times or one that is brand new to you. While we believe this is a foundational knowledge for all WCS dancers—and we encourage everyone to attend—current deejays and anyone interested in deejaying will get a little bit “extra.” Didi will share her perspective as a deejay on how what makes a good WCS song, how she structures a set, resources for WCS deejays and how to discover new WCS music.
