SURPRISE!!! after 20:00 please join the CTF 2016 ∞ Afterparty in Tangoloft <Open Stage> for young Tango dancers in the age of ca. 20 - 30: Use the stage to present your idea of Tango dancing to our audience. Dance to live music from the Trio Kontrabass. Just give us a short message during the Festival if you want to take part for one show dance or Tango-performance. Kontrabass Trio.... that is....crazy energy of 2 crazy cellists and not less crazy pianist-kahonist Daniel.... they make Tango, balkan music, swing, rock.... it is an unforgettable experience! Heidrun - möchte Euch zu ihrem Tango-Unterricht speziell für Gehörlose und Hörende einladen. Sie selbst ist seit Geburt taub, aber ein Leben ohne Tango kann sie sich nicht mehr vorstellen! Vor 4 Jahren hat der Tango sie wie eine Rose aufgeweckt. Wir werden eine DGS-Dolmetscherin da haben, also keine Sorge, kommt einfach zu uns, auch wenn ihr noch nie getanzt habt. Dies ist eine Gelegenheit es einfach mal auszuprobieren. Gehörlose und Hörende sind eingeladen miteinander zu tanzen in dieser Anfängerklasse. (English version:) I would like to invite you to my special Deaf-Tango beginner lesson. I myself I am deaf since my birth. And I can’t image now a life without Tango! 4 years ago Tango kissed me to awaken me like a rose. I will teach you to dance Tango just for beginners. So don’t mind if you never did a step, just come around. We will have a DGS- interpreter there. You all are welcome, even if you never danced before. This a your chance to give it a try. Deaf and hearing participants are both invited to dance with another in this beginner class. The Contemporary Tango Festival is dedicated to the global variety of Tango Argentino and the impact of this dance on all the international musicians, dancers, artists, performers who live and work in Berlin. Dance the world in Berlin Central Station! You are also invited just to watch and enjoy the scene as a spectator.
