She has been teaching yoga for over 6 years, and her yoga lessons are a mixture of Eastern and Western philosophy; combining knowledge of anatomy and Asana (yoga poses). It all came together after attending international yoga trainings, workshops, and her traveling experiences. Her lessons are always improving and evolving, which gives her such a positive energy for life. These days she is focusing on fascia anatomy and soma therapy. Our bodies have their own healing power and Yoga is one of the tools to help awaken this power of the body and of the mind. What is the new Yoga tool Zen Ring? Zen Ring (Wave Stretch Ring) was developed in Japan by Naohiro Maki, as a unique way to massage fascia by yourself. The Contemporary Tango Festival is dedicated to the global variety of Tango Argentino and the impact of this dance on all the international musicians, dancers, artists, performers who live and work in Berlin. Dance the world in Berlin Central Station! You are also invited just to watch and enjoy the scene as a spectator.
