Cuban Dance Masterclass with Adrian Medina

Cuban dance lovers get ready! RakaTa is very excited and proud to be hosting once again a Cuban Dance Masterclass with maestro Adrian Medina! Adrian will be taking us on a 3-hour journey through Cuban Dance from Afro Cuban roots, Rumba and Casino. Explore the roots of Salsa through Afro Cuban Dance. Use the clave rhythms in Rumba and work on your body isolations, technique and balance as well as grounding you to its percussive beats. And bring elegance, style and finesse to your dancing through Casino. This masterclass will run as a complete 3-hour masterclass with all 3 Cuban Dance styles taught explicitly and then integrated as one.
