Cuban Dance with Hamish & Alissa

Hamish Fernando (Sydney) & Alissa Cleo (Agua! Cuban Dance Perth) will lead an afternoon workshop series that will focus on body movement, musicality, Son & contratiempo, Rumba Guaguanco, and how to mix these all together to your dance. Workshop Schedule WARM UP Corporality 11:10 - 11:30am Musicality 11:30am - 12pm SON Son block 12:10 - 1:30pm RUMBA Rumba Guaguanco block 1:40 - 3pm PRACTICA Practice 3:10 - 3:40pm Demo & QNA 3:40pm But! Before the workshops on the Saturday (29th Nov), we will have a party on the Friday night (28th Nov) at St. Georges Anglican Church. Come dressed to impress as either the Angel or Devil on your shoulder. And, on the Sunday afternoon (30th Nov), we will be joining with the Vivo Latin Festival in Kingston!
