Alongside this, you’ll learn practical social dance skills that improve connection, flow, and communication on the dance floor. Expect a balance of technique, rhythm, and partner work, with clear guidance on how to apply everything in real social dance settings. This course is ideal for dancers who want to refine their foundations, gain confidence, and dance with more ease and expression.
