Bachata – Beginners Bachata is a sensual partner dance from the Dominican Republic, known for its smooth movements and romantic music. This class is perfect for beginners — no experience needed! We focus on basic steps, simple turns, body movement, and partner connection, mainly in Sensual and Moderna styles. You will learn: Basic steps and timing Lead & follow technique Turns and simple combinations Body movement and musicality Expect a fun, welcoming atmosphere and a great way to meet new people. No partner required. Social Dancing After the classes, stick around for open dancing! We’ll play a diverse mix of music styles including salsa, bachata, forró, merengue, reggaeton, and more — giving you the perfect opportunity to practice and develop your new dance moves.
