This is going to be an intensive workshop - we are hoping to cover as many moves as possible.

What to wear:
- Comfortable clothes
- Sneakers or dancing shoes (absolutely NO heels, wedges, or sandals)
- Bring water and a towel (this is an intensive class so we are going to go fast!)
