In order to develop a quality of lightness in our dance, we focus on the subtle but deep work of body organisation. Join us for an exploration of movement, improvisation and reflection through Contact Improvisation and embodied awareness facilitated by Ola Hasia & Rune Abro In its present form, CI has become a diverse practise, ranging from acrobatic explorations of movement and physicality to subtle refinements of embodied awareness of freedom and boundaries in physical interaction. By changing the tone of the body, by finding zero moments while moving, by recognizing falling moments as potential for rising and jumping, we will explore how to cultivate potential for easyness in movement and quality of being light.
