The common understanding and experience of an orgasm as an event that has a build up, peak, and resolution, often time-limited, is one type of orgasmic experience. For example, a peak genital orgasm. Every cell of our body has the capacity to be orgasmic. Through the practices of Cultivating Orgasmicity, we expand the conventional understanding & experience of an orgasm to include the emotional body & energetic body, in addition to the physical body experiences. Energetic blocks that may be limiting our life to nourish other aspects of life & health: physical, mental, emotional, energetic, sensual, sexual, spiritual & soul. For example, repressed grief may arise (a cry-gasm); or rage may want to be released (a rage-gasm); or the heart may open (a heart-gasm); or orgasmic energy may be guided to flow through the entire body (a Full Body Energy Orgasms); or we may experience a state of flow or a sense of deeper inner union. These orgasmic experiences, “-gasms” can range in frequency & intensity from subtle to high. This is a profound re-source of self-love & self-care fuelled by pleasure instead of pain. The intensive does not involve nudity or hand-on intimate or genital touch. There will be invitations to participate in consensual touch, and you are ALWAYS at Choice to choose your level of participation. At the beginning of our time together, we will establish agreements together, so that every individual feels fully honoured and supported in moving only as fast or slow and as far as their individual sense of safety permits. Each person decides their level of involvement, without peer group pressure. You may practise with a partner or friend if you have booked together. Individual participants will be invited to rotate and practise with other participants in partnered pairs or groups of three. This allows you to have a variety of different experiences and you always have the choice whether to participate or not.
