Join Liv Love and Aweli Juls for an exploration in movement, body and presence. Can we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, in our nakedness with others, letting our bodies guide the way through heart embodied practice? Through the art of breath work, contact improv, body presentations, movement and sound, we will dive deep, tuning into self with curiosity and co-creating with those around us. As we remove our external clothing, can we be with our bodies as they are, in the expression of the inner desires that bloom? Yes. This is a safe and sacred space, co-created in ceremony, intention and love frequency.
