This is about dancing Contact Improvisation like we do in Festivals. Every day. Body softens in strengthening. Mind calms down. Dancing becomes a juicy routine to nourish our whole system. If in doubt, please ask. The 120-Minute-Slots will contain between 30 – 60 Minutes input/warmup/lab/score introduction and 60 – 90 Minutes jamming. The classes and facilitation will be given by Anir Leben and surprise guest teachers as announced.
