Dallas Touch Team Auditions

DALLAS Touch dance team will be kicking off this season directed by Guajiro Dance Co. ! Join us for auditions and become a part of the Island Touch Dance Academy family, comprised of teams in over 80 cities worldwide!! Learn fun dance routines, perform around the country, make friends all over the world, and meet Tanja "La Alemana" Kensinger and Jorge "Ataca Jorgie" Burgos! Come join us for the beginning of this exciting journey on Sunday, March 5th, from 3:30pm-5 PM at Alpha Midway Studio. (No partner necessary for tryouts, no previous experience needed). A Touch Team is a local Dance Team that is part of the Island Touch family and is taught choreographies created by Ataca & La Alemana. These teams represent Island Touch locally and regionally at socials and congresses performing under the Island Touch brand. Each Touch Team is run independently by qualified local directors who teach team members the choreographies. There are two seasons per year with two different choreographies. Each location learns the same choreography, providing team members with maximized performance opportunities, as there will be team members who know the same choreography all over the world.
