With over 30 years of experience in performance, embodiment, and expressive arts, she specializes in creating welcoming, grounded environments where curiosity leads and perfection and self criticism is gently retired. Raina’s work bridges movement improvisation, theater and comedy improv, vocal play, and reflective practices, offering participants a chance to explore creativity through the body, not just the mind. Her approach is deeply informed by contact improvisation, movement meditation, and expressive arts, and is influenced by lineage-holders such as Anna Halprin, Martin Keogh and Constantine Darling.
