Dance Church with Gaz Cloud

Dance Church is an ecstatic dance event that encourages free movement and personal expression, simultaneously solidifying our community's collective consciousness. This week I'll be behind the decks at the United Reformed Church, Sat 1-3pm. There are ongoing repairs at Pendragon so we've moved the event temporarily to prioritise participant's health and safety. For those who've not danced with me before, my approach to conscious dance facilitation is to build from the ground up, starting with grounding ambient, then reacting to you, the dancers, with no planned setlist, so we curate the journey together. There will be lashings of esoteric house and techno, but much more, too. No phones, no shoes, no talking. We encourage a £10 donation from those who can afford it. Kids go free. No-one will be turned away for lack of funds. Dance Church runs from 1-3pm; you can drop in for as much/little of the session as fits, but it's recommended to stay for the whole journey.
