Dance Distinctively Lady Styling with Raluca

Saturday October 6, at Flow Dance Studio's London, from 11:00AM to 13:00PM : Dance Distinctively presents the First Edition of Lady Styling with Raluca! ! This 2 hour workshop will cover the following: -Following with style -Self expression through body movement. -Self expression through musicality -A musical choreography which will be filmed at the end of the workshop. Raluca will be teaching followers the fundamentals and sharing her knowledge of how we can follow in urban kiz with grace, ease and poise. Using the right technique of standing, walking and of course, body movement, to execute isolations and full body undulations correctly, when it is required and when the music asks for it. She will explain how important it is to practice these fundamentals to firstly follow with more ease by finding core strength, balance and sensitivity to your surroundings which will then give access a wide range of creative and innovative styling from within. We, at Dance Distinctively want you to reach the level where you can fully express your own style and interpretation of the music whilst following with ease. We want each individual to take full advantage in enjoying themselves at socials and develop their own individuality and self development in general. Dance is much more than just dancing.
