Dance For Glenys - Thursday June 28th 2018

You are invited to a Salsa Dance event to raise funds for Glenys Espinal who passed away this Monday at 5:30pm from cancer. We will be celebrating her life and memories at Florida Café, where she first met her husband (Juan Rodriguez), by dancing to what she loved dancing to most: Commercial Salsa, Timba, Bachata, Merengue, some hard core Salsa and more with DJ OC (Oscar Coronado) and DJ MV (Victor Mabu). There will be a free Salsa lesson from 8:30 to 9:30 taught by Josh Soto-Cordowin and dancing from 9:30 to 1am. There’s NO COVER Charge and you can donate to a family member at the event or do so through the Go Fund Me link https://www.gofundme.com/apoyemos-a-juan-chepo-rodriguez Florida Café that offered us their space will donate part of the bar proceeds this Thursday to the cause. This is a public event so feel free to come and celebrate Glenys’ life even if you don’t know her. Free parking behind the building.
