This is why we thought you would love to join us on a dance holiday with a lot of KIZOMBA, a pinch of SALSA, BACHATA, TANGO, YOGA and other activities in the beautiful small town of Kemer, Antalya. During that week (6 - 12th May, 2018) you will learn, improve and explore different dances in the morning, go for a swim in the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean sea in the afternoon and enjoy social dancing every night. For more information and booking contact: [email protected] (note t after olsson) ORGANIZERS: Olle and Berit, Strömstad ******************************************************************************* OUR INSTRUCTORS: EWA TRELA: Although Ewa has been dancing, teaching and performing for over 25 years at many dance events all over Norway and Europe, most of you may know her from her unforgettable performances in the Norwegian TV show, Skal Vi Danse (norwegian version of Dancing with the Stars). Her adventure with live TV performances began in 2016 and this year she is one of the semi-finalists in the show winning the hearts and votes of the audience with her energetic, heart-warming and joyful choreographies. A trained ballroom and latin dancer, Ewa has been in love with kizomba, bachata and salsa since 2005 and it's a passion, she proudly shares with everyone in her class. ELINA SEVVA: Starting with ballroom dance as a child, Elina quickly moved into the colourful world of latin dancing. Salsa is her first love and bachata is an even greater one. She teaches bachata and Yoga for Dancers on weekly basis and together with Ewa (and Ricke Heiberg) created Duende Dance project bringing together musicality and Dominican footwork on stage. Elina (DJ name eliolita) is also one of the few female latin DJs in Oslo. Her debut as such was in 2014 and has since then become a much loved guest DJ on events such as Onda Latina, Spring Bachata Festival, Sensual Week Cadiz, Baardar Latin night and more. Her smile and playful energy are contagious and easily transcend both in her classes and in the music she plays. TOGETHER - EWA and ELINA (and Ricke Heiberg) created Duende Dance Project. Duende means having a soul, a heightened state of emotion. It is the spirit of a beautifu performance that gives you chills, makes you cry or smile. It comes out when passion and inspiration meet. These are the words that describe the dancers in Duende - each of them with a different background united under the rhythm of bachata. The project premiered on Nordic Salsa Experience 2017 with following performances throughout the year.
