Dance Lab & Ecstatic Dance Jersey Presents: ECSTATIC EMERGENCE Bringing Ecstatic Movement to North Jersey! Join us for our inaugural event at Urban Sadhu, a beautiful studio in Jersey City. 4pm- 730 pm The event will begin with a guided movement class, followed by a freeform Ecstatic Dance, ending with a closing sound meditation + closing circle. Joy Okoye will open the gathering by leading us in some exercises in JourneyDance. Ecstatic Dance with resident Dance Lab DJ Omar Aena.
