Welcome back to Dance Medicine Online. This session is facilitated by DJ Pixi Pete Bring yourself just as you are to dance, move, release, have fun and be yourself. Pixi Pete will Dj, add live percussion and give gentle facilitation to get you moving, encourage you in your movement and help you drop into your body. Here dance is our medicine. Broadcast on Zoom with an opional additional livestream online link for best quality sound and experience. Come just as you are, bring all that you are with and surrender yourself to movement. Here we use dance as our medicine to connect in with ourselves, drop into our body and ignite our own healing spark from within giving expression and integration to fragmented parts of ourselves. This is a 2hour journey will give you the freedom to move as you feel necessary. With light facilitation, we will dance through a theme, held between an opening and closing circle. Oh and having some fun too!! Please arrive at 7.30 to warm up your body and be ready to start our journey 7.45 to get the most out of the event. There will be a welcome and introduction at 7.45. To virtually create our circle and drop into yourself, opening to all that is present with you, from here the music and some gentle guidance will invite you through an ecstatic dance journey, to help you release, shift, move, play and flow freely as your body needs on the dance floor. Closing with a Virtual circle and grounding global prayer. ONLINE INFO: This event will be held ONLINE in a Zoom call. We will journey together from our own homes, so make your space as you need it, creating as much space to move as you can. It is recommended to have external speakers or bluetooth headphones to get the best sound. This will also be an optional simultaneously broadcast on an online stream with link to give the best sound possible broadcast to you. In order to access this event you will need to download Zoom or access via the Zoom.us webpage. Upon purchasing a ticket you will receive an email with the details of the Zoom Call and the Unique ID to put in, or link to follow.
