Let's dance our prayers into this new season of rebirth ! Join us on Sunday, March 17th as we move our bodies at the Lithuanian Music Hall! We are blessed to welcome Ben Arsenal to the stage � .•* Ben Arsenal, a soulful and magical music mis-sionary. In the past two decades very few artists have made the impression on the national & international music scene quite like American music missionary Ben Arsenal. Arsenal's artistry has taken him from continent to continent as a performer and his production skills have lead him to work with percussive giants like Pablo Batista (Miami Sound Ma-chine) winning both an Oscar for "Best Original Song" and a Grammy in 2021 for his work on H.E.R's "Fight for You". With bookings that stretch from Miami to the Middle East and from South America to his home base of Philadelphia, Ben Arsenal's live DJ sets are nothing short of magical as he laces dance floors across the globe with his rhythmic, percussive and groovy tapestries that leave a mark in the minds and hearts of everyone who gets the chance to hear his unforgettable musical offerings. Heavy drums, roots and folkloric elements spliced with infectious and soulful grooves are the foundation of Arsenal's distinct sets. Ben Arsenal represents America's soul around the globe in combination with his travels and inspiration from Africa, the Middle East, and House Music laced with a dash of positive, futuristic vibrations. Arsenal recently signed his first major release on Universal Middle East/ North Africa subsidiary of Morroco's Moktar Gania and Gnawa Soul 'Alla a Sudan' (Ben Arsenal Remix). Their upcoming release 'Coucou Selam' features fashion icon and artist Anna Cleveland on vocals. Richie Parrella is a Somatic Therapist, Certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master and sound healer trained in Prana yoga, based in the lineages of Kundalini and Tantra yoga and Ayurveda in the lineage of Dr. Vasant Lad. He facilitates sessions, classes, and groups with the intention to create a safe space for others to explore their inner experience, create transformation, as well as reduce stress, anxiety, and support the allowing of the body, mind, and spirit’s natural ability to heal. We ask that there is no talking on the dance floor and no cameras used during the event. Please respect this as our intention is to offer folks a safe, supportive place to dance, move wiggle and wobble into full self expression. �� �� .�� � Some things to consider bringing: Water bottle, yoga mat, something warm to cover with for the sound healing, acoustic instruments such as drums/rattles, fire and flow toys like hula hoops, juggling balls, and poi. Come whenever you can arrive. If you need to come in late or leave early, this is ok. Kids of all ages are welcome too!! ����� GUIDELINES :: 1. Dance however you wish 2. No talking on the dance floor 3. Respect the space, honor yours and other boundaries 4. No drugs or alcohol 5. No shoes on the dance floor (unless foot protection is necessary) 6.
